My entire career has been technology focused, and more specifically in Financial Services. This includes leading cloud engineering at one of the world’s largest investment banks, Jefferies. Leading software development, DevOps, and database management for a leading services provider in the credit union and regional banking space, Trellance. And leading software development, systems integration, and machine learning application for global banking giant JP Morgan Chase.
Originally from Ohio, I grew up in a rural area just north of Dayton. I spent many years in Columbus, Ohio, before moving to Tampa, Florida, in 2015. I’m now based in NYC.
I attended The Ohio State University, obtaining a BA in Communication with a heavy focus on computer science. I then returned several years later to get my MBA at the Fisher College of Business. During this time, I also had an opportunity to serve in a leadership role for Fisher Professional Services (FPS), the management consulting group housed there. This allowed me to engage in and gain experience in projects for several large central Ohio businesses, including my future employer, Chase.
I enjoy learning new technologies, and building high performing teams. And in my spare time, I also like to travel, explore, and read.
I’m available for speaking engagements. Feel free to reach out to me if you’d like to discuss cloud, LLM’s and Artificial Intelligence, or any other hot topic.
